We've enjoyed a few veggie get togethers over the last few months trying out different activities and venues and mixing it up has proved popular. We've had a couple of well attended trips to the bar at the DCA, a lovely family picnic and walk in Balmerino and a fabulous Mexican Fiesta dinner party. The latest event was the Mexican evening and this was a great success with delicious food and a chance to really relax and have a laugh in good company.
We have a couple of meetings coming up before Christmas so please get in touch for more details if you would like to join us.
11th November, 7:30pm at Manna for coffee, cake and fairtrade shopping.
9th December - mince pies and mulled wine - venue to be arranged.
Welcome to Tay Veggies!

November update!
Tay Veggies ran an information stall last Saturday as part of a Fairtrade Fair organised by Newport's Peace and Justice Group. Viv and I had great fun catching up with each other whilst chatting to visitors. We gave out a lot of leaflets and recipes - there was a lot of interest and discussion around veggie meals for Christmas. The fair was well attended and managed a little look at the other stalls which included the RSPB, Tearcraft and more. Great fun! It always an inspiration taking part in these events - meeting lots of people, those who are considering a veggie diet and those who just want to try something different. Not long to wait before our next event - we'll be meeting up on 8th December for a bit of festive fun - so please do join us!
